We are Property Managers, primarily (Block & Tenancy), but also Letting Agents / Property Brokers and we sub-contract our own sales and letting stock to other reputable and reliable independent agencies that operate in the areas that our properties are located; so you get multiple listing services (MLS) for one fee.
BUT... We still handle all interactions with our clients (Vendors or Landlords); no communication is directly made - unless requested by you - from our internet marketing service providers.
Our associates advertise on multiple portals to maximise each property's exposure and this is in addition to our own local promotion work. It costs you no more to have multiple agencies working for you as we contract our properties to subbed agencies at our cost.
We don't internally promote all Estate (Sales) Agencies that we work with but here is a good example. If you are looking to buy then have a look at their website and maybe you will find a property that suits you?

Business Hours: We generally man our administration office from 0830 until 1600 (8.30 - 4.00) from Monday to Friday and also from 1000 until 1400 (10 - 2) on SOME but not ALL Saturdays. On the operational side - especially because of the potential service demand from tenants of managed properties - this is very much a 24/7/365 business.
