We provide Property Management, Inspection, Maintenance, Sales & Letting AND other related property / home services to Professional or 'Accidental' Landlords, to Property Developers and Home Owners.
Two distinct and separate service arms are operating:

Social Responsibility and participation, association and support where possible are central to our business philosophy. We like to establish partnerships with community groups and offer them the opportunity to glean referral commissions from business put our way by their leaders, volunteers or other supporters. If you represent a charity, a community group or other worthwhile cause then get in contact with us and let us know how you think we can work together; otherwise you could ask us to give you some ideas how we might link up.
WHO ARE WE?
We are a small, non-VAT registered, business (as at October 2017*). The business focuses primarily on Block & Tenancy Management, Residential Property Letting & Sales, and Repairs & Maintenance, and is based at No.1 West Terrace in Central Folkestone (next door to BARRINGTONS on one side and Barclay's Bank on the other ... and near Argos). *This status can change without notice but we try to manage our business within this limit.
WHERE DO WE SERVE?
Folkestone, Hawkinge, Hythe & Surrounds... but there is no absolute limit to where we can provide our services; At the time of update, we are managing a small block in Wimbledon, SW London! Practically, we focus on a 10 mile radius from our base (but have business dealings further afield; including Ashford, Canterbury & in Dover). South & East Kent is our primary workplace.
HOW LONG HAVE WE BEEN IN BUSINESS?
26 years as at August 2018. Embassy Management grew out of MB Consulting - a business, marketing and line management consulting services provider which started up in South Africa in 1992. We concentrated on Municipal functions and services for a long time but then became involved in Commercial & Industrial Property Sales and Letting with Propco in Durban (2004), and Residential Property in 2007 - then styled as 'Smartprop', and we enjoyed quite a bit of success through until mid 2009 when we moved everything to the UK (this primarily as a result of family changes and ties). We have been based at our West Terrace offices since 2012.
REGULATION AND LEGISLATION COMPLIANCE
We have registered with the ICO (ref: ZA354395) and always seek to comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) - as amended 25th May 2018.
Most of the personal data we hold securely will be relevant to existing tenancies and such will be lawfully held for contractual purposes. You may request details of what information we hold and request deletion IF a contractual relationship no longer exists (go to the Contact Us page -click here). We ARE members of a Property Redress Scheme. Ref: 001023 (PRS).
This provides our tenants with an opportunity to seek external help and possible redress in the event that we fail to meet reasonable standards of service after having been alerted to issues and given time to respond and correct matters.
We HAVE NOT YET joined a Client Money Protection (CMP) scheme.
This will probably be required in April 2019 and we will comply with legislated changes then.
